I Don’t know the weight limit for the baggage I’m bringing on my trip to Vietnam?

I bought tickets for me and my family to go to vietnam this summer, and suddenly the weight limit changes. I called the place where I got the tickets, and they said that I’m okay, because I got the tickets before a certain date, but I go online, and all the websites say that I’m only allowed to bring up to 50lbs. Now I’m very confused, and don’t know if I should bring 50lbs just in case, or if I should just bring 70lbs.

Call the place where you got the tickets and ask them to fax/e-mail you something to show the gate agent in case they try to charge you extra. Call the airline and offer to fax/e-mail the information to them. Just make sure you have confirmation before you show up with a 70lb bag :)

If you are flying first or business you are actually allowed to bring 2 suitcases. The weight per suitcase still has to be under the limit. Many people who don’t fly first or business often, don’t realize they get to have 2.
