im feeling sad and i dont know what to do?

ok so me and ex have been online dating for 6 years, we’ve been through a lot with each other and we broke up about 5 months ago but we decided to be friends but also we still had this thing going on for each other. However shes been going to this bible study for awhile and she met this guy there and they’ve been video chatting and hanging out a lot lately and every time she mentions his name i just feel sick, i love her so much and i don’t want to feel like im losing her, i know she loves me to but its complicated. I want to ask her if she has something for him but im scared of what the answer might be. I know she think his cute and his funny and his saved n its hard to do anything for her if im in another country joining the military. can i get some good advice?

you should admite or let her go , but if i were your place i would admite it to her then to let to her go , tell her how you feel whenever she mention about the other guy and want this to get seriose and you ready to do anything for her ,you can do it , an you’ll get what you want trust me ;)
