Online Poker Winnings?
I have a question concerning cashing full tilt poker checks, my bank is citibank and I am worried that by depositing the check -(s) into my account weather or or not I will actually be able to access the money and if it will clear. (will they actually clear) I am in the USA, but I do not understand how people like Tom Dwan or Phil Ivey and other poker pros deposit their money into their accounts since they too use full tilt and are based in the usa – do they have foreign bank accounts??? I am hearing all kinds of stories from frozen accounts to non- sufficient funds, out-dated information etc,etc… and I am overly-concerned about weather or not I should continue with online poker or go into it at the tables only, What`s the HELL is the real story here and how do I do it and continue playing online from the usa?
At first I thought it was just a midlife crisis, then again maybe an undiscovered libertarian streak within my conservative ideology; after a few days of some serious self-talk and morning bathroom mirror arguments. I realized that it was nothing more than common sense.
