Do you have a fear of Online Dating?
I don’t think I can do it. How do I not know that the guy is some killer? This guy asked me to go to a concert right away. I told him I need to talk to him for a little while longer, but maybe later. So he stopped emailing me. Am I crazy for feeliing this way? It seems like no one else seems to have a problem with it.
All are very good points. It is making me feel depressed and I felt fine before this.
You definetly shouldnt jump up and agree to meet someone you just met. That is a Definite no no!! and You are right that person could have well been a sexual predator or some killer or something o no you are definetly not crazy for thinking the way you did. Online dating works for some people. Some people are able to find love online and meet that person a while later and the love blossoms. However the internet is very dangerous these days it would be wise to really get to know someone like at least 2 years before thinking of meeting them. This time period will allow you to know the person well. If after this time you think you wish to this person you may set a meeting place. I would reccommend somewhere that is public you may even take a friend along with you or someone you trust and let others know your plans. Best of Luck!
