What do you think of online dating?
Isn’t it weird? I joined a penpals website because I want to meet people in other countries, just for friends. They have this thing where you can write handwritten letters to others and improve language skills, which I wanted for my Chinese and French. I wanted to meet French and Asian people to write to, and I joined like an hour ago and I have 3 friends requests from American guys telling me I’m pretty & they’d like to be on my friend’s list. That just seems weird though, like I don’t know how to respond, people seem to use any kind of way to hit on each other these days. I’m not interested in messaging some guy from Arizona every day, I wanted to meet people from around the world! lol
Do you think online dating is odd? Or are you a fan of it because it makes meeting people easier??
Online dating is becoming more acceptable. I’m a normal guy and I maintain a profile on okcupid and connexion, two free dating sites for gay guys. I have met some really awesome incredible guys from there so I don’t have any regrets. They make it so much easier to randomly pick up a conversation with someone who you think is cute because everyone is there with the same goal of meeting someone. Sure there are the creepers but you ignore them
