Are you in one of the Top 10 U.S. Cities for Online Dating?
Labor Day isn’t necessarily a day off, especially for singles. For many women and men it could mean another day on the hunt for your perfect match or casual dating partner.
Labor Day and online dating have historically been a perfect match. And it makes sense, too. If you think about it, the holiday best known for marking the end of summer, can be a much bigger mile post to active singles. If Labor Day signifies the end of another endless summer searching for fun, romance, or just sexual encounters, you can see where it could get people anxious. Maybe it even causes them to look ahead and begin thinking about their desires to find someone special to dress up with for Halloween, give thanks for at Thanksgiving, or play sexy Santa with over the Christmas holidays.
So with another Labor Day looming, Match.com released its list of the Top 10 Cities for Online Dating. It’s a pretty good idea on their part and well-timed. The list reinforces the messages with singles that there are indeed “Plenty of Fish” in the sea. Match.com’s website generates attention and traffic from online dating news outlets and online dating blogs. They get people thinking about using the internet for dating, and of course using the services of match.com.
The list of the Top 10 U.S. Cities is based on where you can you find the most singles actively online. The rankings were based on research data compiled from the online dating activities of men and women between June and August of this summer.
