What counts as cheating in a relationship?

I’m a bit unsure about whether or not my partner has been cheating on me. The signs are there, but i’m not actually sure whether I should accuse them of it. I know they’ve been spending a lot of time on Facebook and dating websites talking to a few people but can’t be sure for certain. I read an article on another website that basically said not to worry too much (http://www.shipwrecksblog.com/index.php/what-constitutes-cheating-in-a-relationship/) but I’m still a bit concerned…what really counts as cheating? should i be trying to sneak a look at them on their computer?
