When should we go to Tokyo?
I’m going on a honey moon with my fiance, and we can only be in Japan for 7-10 days. It’s my lifetime dream to see the sakura blossoms in full bloom. Seriously, ever since I first saw them in cartoons as a young child, I’ve wanted to see them. I want to see them when they’re falling off the trees. I’ve looked up numerous websites to see when is the best time to see them in Tokyo, but what should my arrival date be, to be sure that I will see them?
I’d reccoment the end of march/ beggining of april…
2 reasons:
1.Sakura is just about full bloom in tokyo at this time- and its breath taking!
2.Its also good to go in spring because it wont be cold, but it wont be too boiling. dont go to japan in july- you will burn to death! maybe not.. but its not very pleasant. Spring time is still t-shirt weather though
