There are very few Japanese games that let you play as a girl or a boy within the same game – usually they make you buy a separate one to have the other side’s experience. (For example, Tokimeki Memorial and Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side)
If you want free dating sims with a bit of sex in them I would suggest looking around newgrounds because people post that sort of thing in the flash games sometimes. They’re not usually very GOOD (they’re sort of rude and dumb) but they can be entertaining.
I don’t think there are any English dating sims for girls with XXX content in them. There are several full games for guys though. If you want one that’s all about dating and has a little sex, there’s a game called Casual Romance Club that might fit the bill.
The games with better stories are usually called visual novels and not dating sims.
