Hair HELP!?? (easy 10 pts!!!) (links fixed!!)?

What do you think of this hairstyle and cut?? Its a bit longer in the front than in the back.. I am getting back into the whole dating thing again :) and I want something that is cute and sexy, but also something that is easy to manage and quick if I am in a hurry.. And I am really wanting a shorter style.. I am thinking about getting the one in the pictures below and want to know what you guys think about it.. I am short, petite, with small features..
