Friends have recommend online dating what experiences have you had??..?

It seems kind of creepy…but some friends say it the way to go to meet someone…what are the good and bad..of online dating for you???

Do what your feel is best for you, if your open to trying new things then give it a go, it is only another option to meeting people. That’s the way I look at it as for me as much as you can go out to a club, cafe, meet through a friend etc online dating is another option to meeting people and alot of people may say there are alot of creeps online and there are a few but there are also some really nice decent people as well you just have to be careful and get to know the person thoroughly more use your gut feeling and as much as you can meet a creep online you can also meet a creep at a club or anywhere they’re not just on the web.

Quite a few years ago I was on match.com and started talking to this guy who said he was 35yrs old we emailed several times and he seemed quite decent, we exchanged numbers talking over the phone and he seemed ok and we were in different states and he wanted to fly me to where he was but I would allow that as I didn’t know him and wanted to wait until he was coming to my state but he kept trying to pressure me and then one call said that he was lying on his bed naked which I thought was very strange and awkward as I’d never been that open or personal with him and so I said I had to go and didn’t contact him again and he tried to call me several times a day and email me and then after a week he texted and said did I want him to leave to me alone which I said yes and he replied weirdo which I didn’t really care as I knew it was him that was a creep. Anyway two years later I was on RSVP when I came across his profile where he used the same picture and still stated that he was 35yrs old like he did two years previously.

But that is only one experience, I have met a few guys online and even if you don’t click in that sense I’ve made new friends and now my current partner who I’m with I met off RSVP and I’m very lucky to have met as I was just about to give dating a break and focus on my career again when I decided I’d give one date a go when we met and hit if off and it’s almost been a year and I consider him my soulmate.
