Which city in Texas is better for ethinic minorities?

I am looking at possible positions in Houston or Dallas. I am currently in Austin, TX in school and I really like the people here (they are friendly and not biased). Which city is better for etthinic minorities (I am asian). Also how does the dating scence compare in the 2 cities. Or should I scrap both and move to NYC or Cali (or try to stay in Austin, though the job market is tougher here)?
What about interracial dating?
