What are the winter dates when NSTAR can’t shut off service?
I really behiond on my electric bill to NSTAR (here in boston). I heard in MA, there is a law that in the winter months NSTAR cant cut off elctric service until a certain date- any idea what that date is? If its Feb 1, im out of luck…
contact nstar and make payment arrangements if you are paying them an arranged amount on a specific schedule they may be sympathetic to your plight. otherwise I believe you need elderly or infants living with you to avoid shut off.
