I found out a little more about our calenders and how it affects the day most of us attend worship services. There was no “Sunday” until around 300 AD or a “Saturday” for that matter. Early christians celebrated Shabbat on the 7th day and came together on the 1st day since The Christ had risen that day. The LORD’s Day is the Sabbath (Exodus 20:10).
