i paid Rs.1122 for a domain with an email for a yr. now, i have been charged Rs.2204. why??? pls help?

i have been trying to contact yahoo via email, sent a dozen emails and they have not contacted me yet. how do i contact them. any phone nos for INDIA SERVICE IN BANGALORE. they have charged me Rs.2204, where i initially paid only Rs.1122. why are they charging me almost double the amount?? Pls if anybody know, kindly help me out with this ridicolous charge from yahoo. and also they have my credit card details, so i want to get this done before my renewal date on 22/4/09. thank you.

May be you was to purchase that domain with a promotional Package or Discounts Window. But after 1 year when you going to Renewal you have to pay the Original rates…

All this was stated in Yahoo’s Small Business …Policy… While you was to purchase your domain name…

That why they are not replying your mails cause they think you will find out this at your own. Or may be you are sending mails to wrong Department or Services under Yahoo.
